For Thursday I would like for you girls to read up to chapter 5. Please do a short retelling of what you've read here in these chapters. Also pick out a few new vocab words to share with the group to see if you can stump them on their meaning.

Injury-Someone getting hurt.
Gored-Means stepped on.
Rodeo-is where cowboys ride horses
Somebody pulls out the stakes. Roy sees a boy running again same boy as last time then roy punched dana(boy) a bully in the nose and ran.
Continuing-And follows him roy gets in trouble but keeps going he thought the boy had endless energy then he gets hit by a golf ball and falls unconucious.
R-Roy wished that his father would come back to Montana so he could learn how to ride a bull.Because Roy's father knows how to ride a bull.Then Roy took a pice of paper out of his English folderand wrote :Dear Dana,I'm sorry I busted your nose I hope that the bleeding stopped.
I promise not to hit you ever again as long as you don't bother me on the school bus. I think that's a fair agreement.

Roy's mother made roy stay at home all weekend to make sure there was no delayed reaction to the golf ball bonking. Roy head felt fine but he didnt sleep very good on saturday or sunday night. when roy was going to school him mom asked him wat was bothering him. roy said that he was fine.
